User agreement

Welcome to "MAZFIT Personal training, Bootcamp and Classes," a website located on pages within the mazfit.com domain (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing content on the Site, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this User Agreement. MAZFIT reserves the right to change the terms of the User Agreement or to modify its features at any time. By accessing the site you will agree to be bound by all the modified terms.

Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability
You agree that your use of the Site Content shall be at your own sole risk. MAZFIT publishes the Site Content "as is" and to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site, the Site Content, and your use thereof, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. MAZFIT reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
