Class Information

Spinning

This is a 45 minute cycle class choreographed to energetic music. Classes are suitable for all ability levels, although expect to work hard. This class targets the cardiovascular system and is a great class to aid weightloss and fitness improvement.

Pilates
1 hour Class. Holistic Class with Focus on "Core" Training. Great for anyone with poor posture, injuries and poor body awareness. Pilates works on the priciple that all movement comes from the core muscles in the abdomen. It is common to lose inches on your waist doing this class but is not focused on weightloss.

Body Tone
This is a 45 minute body conditioning class choreographed to energetic music. Classes are suitable for all ability levels. This class targets the major muscles in the body and is great for firming up legs and arms.

Fitness YOGA
This is a class suitable for all abilities. It is a bodyweight based class aimed to improve flexibility and strength. Although this is not a big calorie burner you will certainly feel your muscles working and you dont have to be 'super bendy' to get the benefits from it. These are 1 hour 15min classes, as includes a 5-10min relaxation at the end of the workout.

BOXERCISE
This is a carorie killer class. This a non-contact class using Spa Gloves and Focus Pads. It targets all the big muscles and teaches you good fighting techniques. Classes are an hour long. Gloves and Pads are provided but if you have your own then you are welcome to bring them.

CIRCUITS Class
A 45 min Cardio and weights circuit. Priced in the CV/Weights bracket this class is £6 or £5 when bought in a block of 10. There is the also nutritional advice and exercise info available.
